Maven exits CRM specialist ProspectSoft

Maven completed a profitable realisation for investors following the sale of the award-winning Customer Relationship Management software provider ProspectSoft to trade acquirer, The Access Group.

The sale has generated an initial 2.0x cost return for Maven Investor Partners, which could increase to 2.9x dependent on certain conditions being met.

Maven originally led the management buyout of ProspectSoft and has since worked closely with the senior management team to help drive commercial traction for its innovative B2B CRM platform which primarily supports wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing businesses.
