Work has begun on Murray Estates’ Kingdom Park development in Kirkcaldy, Fife. The project will deliver more than a 1,000 homes, a new retail unit and leisure space. It will also include improvements to the local road network, education provision and enhancement of green space.
The site opening ceremony was attended by Sir David Murray, Chairman of Murray Capital (parent company of Murray Estates); Kevin Stewart MSP, Scottish Government Housing Minister and Councillor Neil Crooks, Fife Council.
